Overview

DealDesk CRE is a commercial real estate app for iPhone and iPad, published by Kingsmen Management Inc., Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. It helps you calculate commissions, compare lease options and manage deal follow-up.

We do not operate a server that receives your deal book. The app has no DealDesk account, advertising, third-party analytics SDKs or tracking. Your records are stored on your device and may sync through your own private iCloud database. Information you choose to send us by email is handled separately, as explained below.

Information you enter

You may enter property and lease terms, sale figures, commission splits, deal names, notes, dates, tasks, activities and business contact details. You may also enter your name, firm, address and tax-registration number for your own exports. These records are used to provide the app's features. They are not sent to Kingsmen Management Inc. automatically.

The app does not read your device's address book or location to populate these records. Contact details are records you enter or import.

Device storage and private iCloud sync

The app stores deal records using Apple's SwiftData database. From version 1.1.0, when your Apple Account and the app's iCloud container are available, the app can automatically mirror your deal book — including contacts, tasks and activities — to your private iCloud database. Sync may begin on a later launch after the account check succeeds. This is not a shared team database, and we cannot browse your private iCloud records.

If iCloud is unavailable, the app works with its local store and shows its storage status in Settings. Sync depends on Apple account settings, connectivity and service availability; it is not a guarantee that every latest edit has reached another device. iCloud is provided by Apple under Apple's privacy policy and iCloud terms. You can manage iCloud access and stored app data through your Apple Account settings.

App preferences are stored locally in UserDefaults. A summary used by the home-screen widget is stored in an on-device shared app group. The app may create a local backup before a storage migration. You can also export a backup archive from Settings and choose where to keep it.

Exports and imports

When you export a PDF, invoice, image, text breakdown, backup archive or supported deal hand-off, the app creates the content on your device and uses Apple's sharing or file interface. You choose its destination. Recipients and services you select may retain their own copies under their own policies.

Review the export before sending it. Different exports contain different information: client comparisons omit commission figures, while broker breakdowns and full backup archives can contain private business information. App-download links on exports identify DealDesk CRE; the app does not send your book to us through those links. Opening a supported archive or deal hand-off imports the records into the app.

Document and photo capture (from version 1.3.0)

When you choose a PDF, image or text file, select a photo, or paste email or notes, DealDesk processes that material on your device. Scanned pages and images use Apple’s on-device text recognition. The app does not upload the source to Kingsmen Management Inc. or an AI service. Original files and photos are not copied into the deal database. Terms you review and save, source filenames, page references and excerpts become part of the deal and may sync through your private iCloud database and appear in backup archives. Summary exports can contain the reviewed terms and, if you choose, source excerpts. Standard co-op deal hand-offs exclude captured summaries. You can remove a saved summary from its review screen or delete the deal; original files and previously exported copies remain under your control in their own locations.

Reminders

With your permission, the app schedules local notifications for features such as tasks, lease renewals, payments and the morning brief. Notifications may show deal or task information on your lock screen according to your iOS notification settings. You can manage permission and notification previews in iOS Settings. We do not send these reminders from a developer-operated push server. Apple's background notifications may support iCloud synchronization.

Purchases

Apple processes purchases and subscriptions using your Apple Account. The app uses StoreKit to check verified purchase entitlements and eligible offers. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple may provide the publisher with sales, proceeds, subscription and aggregated app-performance reports through App Store Connect. Apple controls its collection and reporting settings.

Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account. Deleting DealDesk CRE does not cancel a subscription.

Support email and website

If you email info@sivak.io, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you send. The app's feedback link may prefill app version, device model and iOS version so you can review them before sending. Do not include confidential client information unless it is needed to resolve your request.

We use support correspondence to respond, troubleshoot and maintain relevant business records. It is handled through our email provider and retained only as needed for those purposes or applicable obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us, subject to applicable requirements.

The standalone support website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes ordinary connection information, such as IP address and request metadata, to deliver and protect the website. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts to the support pages. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Your records and choices

You can view, edit and delete records in the app, and export an archive from Settings. Deletions may propagate to your private iCloud database and other synced devices. Deleting the app removes its local data but does not necessarily remove iCloud data, exported archives, recipient copies or backups. Manage those copies in the relevant Apple settings or destination service. Keep an independent archive if you need a recovery copy.

Because we do not hold your private deal database, we cannot retrieve it for you. We can respond to requests about support correspondence we hold.

Children

DealDesk CRE is intended for professional use. We do not knowingly collect children's information through support correspondence. Contact us if a child has sent us personal information that should be removed.
